Using the public portal

• Find a meeting on the Meetings list or the Calendar.
• Open the meeting to read the agenda, join online, or send a written comment.
• Use Search to find an agenda item by its words.
• Use Email updates to hear when documents are published.

Board members

• Sign in to see your meetings and open materials.
• Add private notes on any agenda item. Only you can see them.
• When a motion is open, vote Yes, No or Abstain from your portal.
